Lagos State University (LASU) Has release list of documents required by DE 2021/2022 applicate.

Documents to be Submitted.


1 Admission Screening report.

2. Direct Entry (DE) Form.

3. Notification of higher certificate/ Result ( ND, NCE, B.sc e.t.c).

4. Ordinary Level Result/ Certificate.

5. Birth certificate.

6. N.I.N.

7. Admissions screening receipt.

8. Other relevant documents as Applicable.
