This is to inform all prospective candidates who applied to Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara that the Screening Exercise for the National Diploma (ND Regular II), HND and supplementary of ND (Regular) have been scheduled to 21st December, 2021(ND Regular II & Supplementary Regular I)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

1. JAMB Result Slip

2. O’Level Result

3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin

4. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs

5. The Application Form(photocopy) and Bursary receipt

6. Birth Certificate

Candidates are also advised to make themselves available for the screening and adhere strictly to all COVID-19 protocols
